GRA HearingsOn October 27, 2017, the Utility Rate Review Council (URRC) received a General Rate Application (GRA) from Qulliq Energy Corporation (QEC), for approval to change electricity rates in each community across Nunavut. It was provided from the Minister responsible for the QEC to the URRC to review and make recommendations. The URRC is holding a public meeting in (community) on (date) at (time) in the (location).
